Cancellation Policy:

Reservations may not be cancelled. Full prepayment will be forfeited.

Terms and conditions:

A valid Thai ID card is required for registration.
Reservation is required at least seven days in advance.
Payment is required within 24 hrs.
The campaign is limited to five rooms per booking per night.
The campaign and its benefits are subject to availability.

How to Book

Call the hotel directly to make a booking with the reservations team.
Sansara makes a booking via the Tung Ngern application.
A payment link notification is sent to the guest’s Pao Tang application.
After booking is done, guests are required to make the payment within 23.59 hours of the date that guests receive the payment link via G Wallet in their Pao Tang application, otherwise the booking will be released (as per government policy).

Please note:

Bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable. EXCEPT in the event of government has an official announcement of lockdown or travel restrictions.
Guest must amend the booking at least 1 day before the check-in date. The new date must be at least 7 days ahead, but not over the 31st January 2022. If the new rates are higher, guests are responsible for the difference.
After booking is complete, guests will receive a payment link in their Pao Tang Application (within 72 hours).

Check-in process

Guests are required to present a QR code on Pao-Tang Application to Sansara upon check-in.
Guests who make the booking must be the same person with who will be checking in.
Hotel will scan the guest’s face by the Tung-Ngern Application.
If you wish to skip the face scanning, guests must allow Sansara to take a guest photo for both check-in and check-out.
